Collin has been a part of the team for three years, and he truly is our master plate spinner. He skillfully keeps track of every order, repair, and service call. Collin ensures that every client’s expectations are exceeded. He is an invaluable resource; clients can be assured that they will be cared for with Collin at the helm.

What drew you to Austintatious? 

Tracey found me on the unemployment site at the start of the COVID pandemic. I was down on my luck, recently let go from my previous job, and looking for answers on how we would survive that crazy time, and Tracey came and swept me up! I’ve never looked back. They helped me when I was struggling, and I am so appreciative of them, even three years later. 

What is your role at Austintatious? 

I am the Operations Manager, which means I run the Service Department and handle all our scheduling and logistics side of our installs and service calls! 

What would you like clients to know about Austintatious? 

It is the best feeling to be surrounded by people who truly care and strive to offer value. Whether that value is to our clients, coworkers, or contractors, everyone on this team truly cares and wants to make a positive difference. 

What is your favorite part of your workday? 

When I can help someone resolve their problems themselves when they think they can’t. It is very gratifying to support, educate and help clients; plus, they also feel a sense of empowerment, which I love. 

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? 

I play soccer, love going to live shows, and have enjoyed many weekends in the creeks all around Austin. 

What is your favorite thing about being in/near Austin? 

I love that you get the best of both worlds! You can swim in a natural spring during the day and enjoy a night out in the city at night. It is the complete package! 

Where’s your favorite place to eat in Austin? 

I spent many years working at Kerbey Lane. So Kerbey Lane. But… Wholly Cow has the best burgers ever!
