Tracey, owner and founder, started this journey with Norma in 2003.  Overseeing the whole company, she has a focus on admin, management, and sales, she spends her days ensuring the continued growth and success of Austintatious.

Norma, owner and founder, started this journey alongside with Tracey in 2003. Norma quarterbacks our operations team and is considered a top expert in motorization. She loves helping others and is passionate about living an extraordinary life.

Rachel has been incorporating great window covering solutions in our clients’ homes since 2012. Everyone enjoys her high-spirited attitude and her ability to find the perfect solution.

Tara joined forces with Austintatious in 2014 with 25 years of design and window covering sales experience under her belt. Her extensive knowledge and expertise, plus her infectious positive attitude, continues to inspire us all.   

Lacey joined Austintatious in 2016, she has a unique ability to connect with anyone and brings joy and laughter to all those around her.

Caylin, although previously in childhood education, now enjoys educating clients and potential clients on the various window treatment options. She has a great sense of design, style, and humor. She has our team in stitches most every day.

Natalia has over 20 years of experience in customer service and leadership. In 2019, she joined our team after leaving the hair and beauty industry. She now leads the Austintatious showroom and provides support to everyone around her, from our clients to our team. In many cases, she’ll be the first person to greet and welcome you and the one to ensure your satisfaction at the end of your project.

Dottie keeps our warehouse in tip-top shape, ensuring that our clients’ orders are fulfilled and ready to be installed. She is in the background. However, if you have had shades installed by Austintatious, Dottie took part in ensuring that our installation team arrived with your complete order.

Collin is the MASTER PLATE SPINNER! He masterfully keeps track of every single order, every repair, and every service call and ensures that our Austintatious client’s expectations are exceeded. He is an invaluable resource, and clients can be assured that they will be taken care of with Collin at the helm.

Chris has been with us since 2013.  During this time he has truly become an expert in some of the most challenging and unique installations in the industry.

Tony has been with Austintatious for many years and never ceases to amaze Austintatious and our clients. He has a unique way of looking at things. With his engineering mind, he always finds innovative ways to improve things while providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Tyler is a multifaceted professional with an impressive background in the healthcare sector, where he worked as a controller in large medical organizations. He joined Austintatious as the Chief Financial Officer, but his passion for design and customer service, coupled with his previous management experience, has led him to assume the role of President. Tyler’s leadership skills and infectious personality make him an invaluable asset to our team, and we are fortunate to have him on board.
